Sigh. As sad as I am to say it, the newpaper on paper is a dying business model, no mistake. Many of those that suspend print editions will no doubt survive as online sources (they’ll have to stop giving away their content for free, though), but it won’t be the same.

Heart is right. At hotelschool they teach you , you can charge ten percent more if you present the food nicely instead of tossing it on a plate.
