    If it tells you just how incompetent the head principal of my high school was, there was serious talk about putting concertina wire atop the perimeter fence but no consideration whatsoever to actually putting a grate through the drainage ditch that ran underneath said perimeter fence.[]Doesn’t matter how hard they made it for kids to go up and over if the kids could just go underneath.

    When I was a very young lad, some of my friends and I used to explore a storm sewer, which was about 6’ diameter. It was a lot of fun. What we didn’t realize was that if there had been a sudden rainstorm, we may have all drowned.
