The ball is a 3-foot diameter moderately inflated ball. Google for pictures. I had a lot of fun doing it (many years ago) and it is generally (regrets to the broken wrist above) safe and fun.

we’re not boston. some years we’re buried in snow. some years hardly any.we’ve been getting snow, wind bitter cold, couple nice days, rain, rinse and repeat.snowed a couple inches last night, worse in joysey.

We played a version where we sat on tiny scooters, so a little easier… tho mostly crab hockey rather than soccer!
