I haven’t had a single cavity in my life. Not that I brush my teeth every 5 minutes, it has to do with the alcalinity of my mouth. Of course if I had known this forty years ago, I would had been the happiest kid on Halloween.
part of it has to do with genetics, if you won that particular lottery and were born with strong teeth, unfortunately, i wasn’t. still holding onto mine, so far
