Steenz seems to be doing a great job, but I’m really curious as to why Mark Tatulli handed it over. There are several articles about the change, but they’re completely silent on the “why”, which usually means there’s a story there. ???
It’s only reasonable to expect Heart and Dean to have different personalities from here on out. I’m curious to see how that develops. I know how the old Heart would react to getting the lead. The next few days will be interesting.
I’m glad Steenz is drawing Kat’s nose the same way from the side as from the front. In the first strips it used to have a much smaller shape when seen in profile, and it was the one thing I didn’t dig about her otherwise very good version.
