Spleen. I can’t remember the last time I heard of a kid named Spleen. My memory must be going.

My Dad would’ve called this guy a Wisenheimer! He seems to be deliberately not remembering her name.

Based on the creative names some parents have come up with for their children I don’t think Heart is that weird. Always liked people who had unique names, made it easier to remember, lol.

… And Thyroid is obviously a boy’s name, (usually)!! … :)
