Heart might also consider her own issues, which is why guys aren’t lining up to ask her out.

Gave Heart plenty of credit for rightfully standing up for her friend when she got insulted so I will also now point out on how wrong she is to think it’s okay to make an insulting comment about Brent. That being said there’s no doubt Brent marches to the beat of his own drummer, lol.

What’s with this business of a date for such a young crowd?

I know we talked about this before, but I know from asking my own granddaughter who is eleven, that no one in her class has what one would call a boyfriend or a girlfriend.

They had two dances last school year, and no one in her class went as a date of someone else. The kids just showed up and danced in groups. She said they didn’t even play “slow” dances as if kids should pair up as they might do in the movies…

I always thought of skeuomorphism as vestigial design features on physical objects (like those useless jug handles on syrup bottles) but I suppose it extends to digital representations of obsolete items like the disk icon for saving files.
