So were they let directly into an auditorium, or into the hallway of a multiplex which they could have done by buying a ticket to another show (cheaper than the food).
The last movie I went to (the Avatar sequel), there wasn’t even anybody taking tickets. I could have just come in and gone straight to any movie I wanted without paying a dime. I don’t know if it was a staffing issue or if they just did away with ticket takers, it was pretty odd.
