I had a boyfriend like that back in the 60’s! In a jealous rage he beat up the bartender I was talking to, and knocked him out cold. Come to think of it, we never checked to see if he was unconscious or dead. I sure heard a loud crack, though when he hit the ground. We sure got the heck out of there! LOL! The cops arrested him for arson a few weeks later, and I never saw him again.
