“Love the Lord with all your heart, all your mind, and all your soul, and your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”
or, to put it another way, the 10 "do"s: do love God, do put God before everything, do keep Sabbath with your Creator, do honor your parents (yes, there are niggling points), do your best to keep even someone’s good name alive, do all you can to respect and honor the person who shares your life, do be satisfied with what you have, etc
Even if you forget that he’s ignoring the spirit of the commandments, look for the ones that say “thou shalt not…” and he’s still only 80% correct. #4 (honor the Sabbath) and #5 (honor parents) are the exceptions. However, when Jesus beautifully summarized them all as “love God” (1-4) and “love your neighbor” (5-10), he emphasized the true motivations for which we should be keeping all the “don’ts.”
