Man: What's that smell? Is that smoke? Captain Victory: I just saved you from a fire. Man: No, you didn't. I was thrown off a building! Captain Victory: I'm pretty sure it was on fire. Man: No... you've been smoking! I don't believe this! You're Captain Victory, a role model for millions! It's irresponsible for you to smoke! What about the children? Captain Victory: You get thrown off of buildings a lot, don't you? Man: Yes.
So the truth comes out. HE’S THE ONE WHO WAS SMOKING! Probably flicked his burning cigeratte butt into the recycled paper bin which caught fire. He didn’t pay it any attention until it had caught half the story on fire and he started blaming someone else for the fire. They threw him out the window in order to “save him”, figuring no superhero would be flying by at that time.
