Sure gays want “special” privileges…. the same special privileges already enjoyed by millions of married straight couples:including lower taxes…mutual custody rights…hospital visitation rights… and collecting on each other’s social security when they age…along with a statistical tendency to live longer, be happier, and earn more, than the unmarried.
Same reasons many older straight couples marry…. they’re not gonna have kids either, but I don’t see any demonstrations about that!
