Man: Americans bought loads of stuff we didn't need last quarter... retail sales spiked, factory orders rose, development and sprawl exploded, infrastructures were stressed to the max... traffic, noise and pollution were awful, we all worked twice as hard to keep up, and the long-term costs can barely be calculated... all in all, great news for the economy!
