I read the local newspaper everyday. There will be several stories concerning suspects being sought for various crimes, such as assault, burglary, armed robbery, rape, etc. The paper will print a photo, always a mug shot, and list his previous arrests. It can be 15-20 arrests over 10-12 years. No society should have to accept this type of behavior. When the police arrest some punk, they should check his arrest record. If they discover more than three violent crimes, they should just put a bullet in his eye, dump him in the gutter and call the meat wagon that goes around picking up dead animals on the street. Crime would decrease immediately.
