I carried that boy for nine months....
sleepless nights , nausea all day...aches and pains.
Maybe its time to explain pregnancy to JOJO.
Pregnancy? Im talking about his last three marking periods!
My son graduated in 2010 from a top University and is still at home working P/T at a grocery store. Jobs are non-existant where we are. I have two master’s and am working for $11/hr no benefits and my wife just got her PhD with no jobs in sight currently.
I worked 50 years before retiring two years ago. I earn $65k before taxes and am divorced 35 years. My income includes one annuity, one retirement check and Soc, Sec. (The max.). I was very well trained in my profession…media (electronic and print) but had no formal degrees. It pains me to see how our system of education vs. reward has diminished but its only the midde class suffering that’s going to make a change. They are the biggest voting bloc and voted for only their interests. Now they will have to start paying attention while our entire country is being looted by the rich.
I chose to not go to college. I retired with an annuity, union pension, & SS. If you figure in the extra years I was working while others spent those years in college, with large student loans to repay, I think I made more lifetime total income than many jobless college grads or even those that did get jobs.

If you miss something in school now, Mom (in this case Marcy) will definitely make sure you learn when you get home…

It’s the price you pay so your kid doesn’t grow up living in your basement for most of his life.

If jobs are non-existant where you are, why stay?
