I seen a few posted on fb posted only the one doing the crime wanted on fb. Means officers as Crunchy and Joe have to make arrests stick. Videos can be used in court.
It wasn’t good enough to be “Caught on Tape”; now folks bring their own cameras to showcase their most embarassing moments. Love panels, love the humor and the art.
On another note, this strip takes place in an urban city. Most P-officers in these areas dont take too kindly to phone cameras being used by onlookers. I can imagine how they would react to being on the camera of the perp?
