Ray: A few weeks ago, I had nothing. Joe: Now you have a good job, Ray... Ray: yeah, Joe....and a truck that needs serious work, my fathers bills and his dog, two sisters and a girlfriend I should dump! Shop-n-bulk How did life get so insane? You became a law -abiding citizen.
Ray is not legally responsible for his father’s bills except to the extent of assets in his estate. Since that consists of a dog and a worthless truck, he won’t have to pay them. The creditors would like us to believe otherwise, but children cannot be forced to pay their parents’ debts.
