Clarence: Where is Cj? Charlene: Out in the car. Clarence: He's only 13! too young to drive! Charlene: Relax, I have the keys. Clarence: He sits behind the wheel, takes selfies and talks to his friends. He just got a pizza delivered! Im not paying for it!
Back in the day Clarence could have had his 13 year old get a job. Make his son start helping with the upkeep of the cars if he wants to drive them in 3 years. He’ll appreciate the privilege of car PRIVILEGES- not car Rights-a whole lot more.
