I felt like Jo-Jo when we went on a horseback ride recently. they were NOT miniatures, they were fill size, and mine felt as high as en elephant standing on the back of another elephant. I didn’t go far before I wanted off.
Miniature horses are not for riding. In fact if they are ridden due to being above the standards by the AMHA can be only ridden by a child under 30 pounds. Mainly miniature horses are for pulling carts, in which they can if proper sized can pull a person around 200 lbs or more. That they are riding are ponies.
