There’s always someone who mindlessly complains about the downsides of some modern convenience without thinking about how society as it exists today wouldn’t be able to function without it. If not processed food then the internet, smart phones, or something else we all take for granted.

Actually, you might have more sick to treat.

A soda is made with ice cream, soda water and flavoring. Which of those would we have to eliminate?

Live forever? Maybe. But it would be nice to live as if I was 27 years old at my peak physically. So much one can do with the time. Not all want it which is fine. And I have never had an interest in reproducing anyway.
