    So do what most people do – load up the truck, dump it all at the local thrift store, and let THEM worry about disposing of it.

    And I’ve gone to thrift stores where they don’t seem to care what broken, dirty stuff they put out to sell. They’ll take anything even if it’s obviously trash.
