    Why do they give a shorter sentence if the victim lives? The intent was the same but incompetence got in the way.

    For those who may not remember, Natasha was a young lady who was at one time engaged to Mortimer’s K-9 teacher. But Mortimer sensed her evilness and helped to break up their engagement.
