Elizabeth Warren, on the other hand, has a non-zero chance of getting the nomination. And if you wonder how she would actually achieve the things she supports, just ask, because “She’s got a plan for that”®
Bernie isn’t my guy, but why is public college treated as though it was completely crazy. Other countries do it. That means it CAN be done. It isn’t that we can’t. It’s that we WON’T.
It you actually believe that the United States CAN’T do what other countries CAN, then you must believe we aren’t as good as those other countries.
My favorite post on the Internet today: “For those who think Bernie can’t get plans done: one day after announcing his climate plan, David Koch is dead!”
Remember the lies Trump told before the election? He would show his taxes and end the war and never have time for golf and he didn’t have any business in Russia. How many thousands of lies did Trump tell to get elected?
The flags have been planted. The remaining candidates differ in their priority’s, but are advancing similar goals. Every one has a position that I am solidly behind. In the venn diagram of candidates, Pete Buttigieg is a solid choice. I hope he makes it.I see him as government for everybody. Bernie and Joe have done the hard work of driving the pitons, but Pete is the one to put over the top.
Bernie is starting to sound crazier and more desperate by the day. He’s lost supporters to a saner, smarter version of himself in the form of Warren. He lost some of his younger supporters from 4 years ago because they’ve since experienced living in the real world and realize the impracticality of some of his socialist nonsense. Plus their frontal lobes have since fully developed.
What crap. When we give our tax money to rich people who don’t pay taxes it’s “just the way things are”. When we do what every advanced country in the world does, and WHAT WE USED TO DO by educating people without sending them into crippling debt it’s crazy talk and unrealistic. This is why “centrists” like you are not merely amoral but pathetic. You don’t actually have values or any kind of plan. You just wedge yourself in between, wherever in between is today, and sneer at anyone who actually takes a position.
Why does no one ever complain about paying for all the “free stuff” that the Republicans want, like their wars, and walls, and Wall Street bail outs, and tax cuts for their wealthy donors?

Investing $2T in educating our obviously dumbed down country is just insane… Its better to invest that $2T in giving the super rich more money.
