Thought I remembered this about how to really pronounce the name. Colin Ronan, one of Edmond Halley’s biographers, preferred /ˈhɔːli/, rhyming with crawly.[

Not wonder he was in a hurry. That breakfast looks good.

I thought Halley was English. Where’s the black pudding? Where’s the beans on toast? Where’s the kippers?

Research thatijustmadeup has revealed that Halley was also into Gastronmy.

Bacon “and” sausage.. my kind of breakfast.

Seems kind of fitting that Halley likes his eggs sunny side up…

There’s that pesky Halley’s comet,It makes me sick, I want to vomit.

Does he only have breakfast once every 75 years too?

After he’s finished eating, he scours the kitchen counter and sink using Halley’s Comet.

Fortunately, we only have to worry about it now every 76 years. Unless we’re studying the history of astronomy.
