Eddie: Hispanic Heritage Month is coming up, homie! Cuco: Must you use the "h" word? Eddie: "Homie"? Cuco: No, Hispanic. Eddie: What's wrong with "Hispanic"? Cuco: Way too Euro-centric. And it has the word "panic" in it. It's a term the Nixon administration came up with to lump all Latinos together. Eddie: Okay, then, how about "Latino"? Cuco: That's cool, if you're still speaking Latin... Eddie: I don't get it. Why do we need so many labels? Cuco: To avoid confusion.
