It’s always annoying when one group, either right or left, subverts the meaning of a common word or symbol. It is now potentially controversial for schoolchildren to be coloring rainbows.
The right, conservatives, and others have found the one thing that they can push back with. Not buying a businesses product if they disagree with whatever that business is pushing. It seems to be working, we will see as time goes by if it will continue to work.
