This is so true! Instead of making a “to-do” list and feeling overwhelmed, at the end of the day make a “got done” list. Count in even the little stuff like folding a basket of towels, taking out the trash, writing a thank-you email, etc. Your spirits will lift right away, and lead to more accomplishments.
