    Really no problem unless it was a local phenomenon.

    All would be over quickly.

    .

    Without gravity to keep the trapped gases in place, the crust should explode, the mantle should explode, not sure about the iron core but the solid inner core should do a phase change to liquid and the increased volume would shove all outward.

    .

    Oh, and the sun would explode.

    If gravity failed, we would NOT go flying off into space. If we decided to jump upwards, nothing would keep us from continuing upwards forever….Mass creates gravity. Unless all mass disappears, gravity is going nowhere….
