Giger detect something deadly?!

I had to look up the name. H.R. Giger was a Swiss artist who, among other things, was part of the design team for the film Alien and was responsible for creating the Alien itself.

Great tribute to an amazing artist!

I have a book of Giger’s work not three feet from me.

At times in the past, there was a little air hole left when someone was buried. This was just in the case that they accidentally buried someone whom they only thought was dead.

I’ve been to Giger’s grave at Gruyères. There’s no vertical headstone, but there IS a big flat black etched and polished slab. (And the original artwork the family wanted to use DID use a chest burster but it was rejected by the Commune de Gruyères.)

I get scared all over again!

A true artist that deserves all the flowers in the world. His Necronomicon gave me nightmares for years as a child.

I’d prefer a Dead Kennedy’s album cover as an homage myself.
