Can someone explain the science of this joke to me, since I’m neither a mosquito nor a boozer.

    SimpsonFan…. yeah…. thanks… actually I knew that….but beer doesn’t coagulate … and he’s not drinking it out of a person….so I still don’t get it.

Who or what is he injecting with anti-coagulant?

    Say… Dave?

The goal of a chugging battle is speed, not volume. Because of his ability to inject anti-coagulant, the fluid is able to flow more quickly, and so he consumes the mug of beer more quickly. You are right, though. Because beer doesn’t coagulate, injecting an anti-coagulant will not actually lower the viscosity.

Isn’t anybody concerned about the size of the skeeter?

I think this all has to do with the density of the Amber Ale with it ’s caramel character.
