Pfft. The smaller the better. It takes 5 to 20 times the weight of the person to launch him/her.

I was a technician working at an aerospace company while going to college. The company asked for volunteers to don spacesuits and sit in the Mercury capsule. They wanted to test the life support systems. Premium extra pay and lots of down time to study. But they wanted short guys! The capsule was small. I was too tall.

It’s a prank. The tall guys are actually jealous because they keep bumping their heads.

This is not the sign you were looking for. It is a trick. Force yourself to go on in. This is the rocket you may ride.

Try launch pad 1. That ride operator is drunk usually…

Nowadays rides(and flights) should be limited by girth!

Great old science fiction novel ‘The Space Merchants.’ The first pilot to get to Venus is a little person.

In the Russian military, to serve on a tank crew, you cannot be taller than 5’ 6". I wonder if they have similar restrictions for submarines.

There is a maximum height to fly U. S. military aircraft. Pilots have to fit in the aircraft.

Even those that do fit may have a problem if they are tall. The greater the distance from heart to head, the harder the heart has to pump blood uphill while pulling Gs. Even as tall as I was (not 6’ 3" but close) I used to have a 7+ G body, but that was 50 years ago.

Over 40 years ago, you had to be 5’8" or taller to be a cop. They’ve dropped that, and the word “force” from all police forces (at least in Canada). Now you can be tiny and join a police service! Being so progressive has improved our crime statistics by miles and kilometers!!!

I never understood height requirements….you are who you are….shouldn’t exclude you from employment and or coaster rides!

    Lol

Blast! You’re off! Still count to ten, but forward, and breath slowly to calm down.
