Makes me think of the English Beat’s “Mirror in the Bathroom”

I saw a sign above a public toilet, “Do not throw objects into the toilet” written in English, Spanish and Braille. Expected next to see a similar sign on a stove with “Warning surface hot do-not touch”.

I’ve stopped waiting for employees to wash my hands. Never happens.

I read this WAY too early. My eyes thought the punchline had something to do with the guy on the lefts hair. Ugh. It got a chuckle from me when it sank in proper.

I am surprised that the convoluted wording devised by the various state legislatures to proclaim this policy hasn’t launched an army of English teachers to march on the state Capitols.

Some employees need durable hair nets.

The sign should go on the door exiting the bathroom. They’ll only see a sign on the mirror if they go to the sink to wash their hands!

This is redundant. Only the employees who already go to the sink to wash their hands will be able to read it. The others will not know what the shirt says. Perhaps that’s the test needed to hire them. If they can tell you what the shirt says, they’re hired.

I contacted a manager when I knew an employee at the deli counter had left a restroom without handwashing. I was told it was OK, since he would wash his hands at his work station. I asked if he also promised not to touch anything until he got there.

I don’t think they could read it, but your customers sure could.
