It’s been a few years but is this maneuver really practiced on a living human partner? I could see some unintended physical consequences, either painful or involving gagging.
Probably used it about four times in lifesaving situations. Easy to do, just don’t stop . . . it can take several thrusts. Also don’t thrust against the ribs
