How did Greg ever convince us that siblings being nasty to each other were funny? What was he thinking? Brad was never nice to Luann in those days. He was always so angry and abusive towards her. I’m surprised that this girl hasn’t seen a therapist. I feel like Brad wanted Luann dead.Alexander Bumstead from Blondie would beat the living daylights out of Brad for his abusive behavior towards Luann, because he himself knows better than to treat Cookie that way.
I like the pacing of these older strips much better. Story arcs actually finish and things move along. I suppose you could say the arcs were simpler, but not always. The current strip seems to have attention deficit disorder.
