Bernice: I can't believe school starts tomorrow! Luann: Remember Kindergarten, Bernice? School was fun then! Bernice: Yeah Luann: all we had to do was sit in a circle and sing and color and glue dried leaves on construction paper Luann: But then came first grade. Suddenly we had to start learning things! They hit us with math history and social studies!! Luann: Gradually, they snuck in tests and pop quizzes! We had to have grades...and homework!! Luann: Now, it's nothing but book reports and science project and cold showers in PE Luann: We've been had Bernice!!
