Dad: I'm hungry!! Dad: Why am I always starving at bedtime? Dad: And why do I always eat a big bowful of "chockoyums"? Is this nutrition ally wise? I mean, look at these ingredients: "Sugar, sugar flavoring, brown sugar, honey, molasses, chocolate syrup, marshmallow paste and artificial oat particles" Dad: I bet one flake has more calories than an entire sees candy store! Dad: So now I'll go to bed with all this glop curdling and fermenting in my stomach and I'll wake up 14 pounds fatter! Dad: And you know what else? this stuff isn't even filling! I'm still hungry!
I used to have that problem. Ended up eating something else to stop the craving.
