Luann by Greg Evans and Karen Evans for December 24, 1997
Transcript:
Frank and Luann are sitting ont he couch. Frank says, "Y'know, I reall the Christmas gift you gave me when you were six: a slab of clay with glitter spelling out 'I love you, Daddy.'" Frank says, "Like Gunther's sweatshirt, it was an ugly, useless gift. But it was the best gift because it was given with the true spirit of Christmas love." Frank says, "After all, hon, it's not the gift that counts, it's the thought." Luann says, "Duh, dad. That's exactly what worries me."
I can understand Luann’s concerns.
