Luann has her back to him so she doesn't see his excitement. Luann looks at Frank who is now pretending to be calm. Luann says:Is that OK with you guys?" Nancy looks at Frank who is giving thanks to God and thinking:"Thank you, thank you" Nancy says:"It looks like it"
Sometimes i get the impression that Frank is really thrifty/stingy.
