Remember, “folks,” Professor Chaos is a known troll, which is why he’s throwing out bait and trying to pick fights with posters who were drawn in enough to respond to the same old provocations from last week.

No matter what the identity, don’t feed the frogs…er, the clydefrogs….er, the trolls.

Crystal SO has his number! And she has enough realism combined with attitude to handle the SDCC cattle stampede. Is Knute man enough to follow through?

Some years ago I was in San Diego for a week, staying at a hotel across the street from the convention center that was holding something called Comic-Con. Sadly, at the time I had no idea what it was. Right there in front of me and I didn’t know it!

Why would she refer to her normal attire as a “costume”? It would just be normal to her.

I’ve never quite figured out the pairing of these two. Knute has little idea what Goth is all about and what Crystal is all about, for that matter. Knute is the biggest slacker going, while Crystal is very driven and focused. I’ve never quite figured out her friendship with Tiff. I’ve heard that opposites attract, but Knute and Crystal appear to have too little in common. As long as the dates stay on the light side, I think that they will become good friends, but for them I can’t see love.

I was at the 1970 Comi-Con. Stayed in the dorms in La Jolla. Was only 15 but had a blast. Small crowd, lots of comic trading, NO ONE in costume, Ray Bradbury read a Halloween story, Jack “King” Kirby drew a bunch of characters on a flip over pad and gave them out to the crowd, we watched 1940’s Bugs Bunny WWII toons(politically incorrect in todays world) and an un-cut copy of the 1933 King Kong. Walked down thru Scripps Institute wildlife preserve to Blacks Beach and nekked ladies! I still have all the memento’s, name badge, special edition comic’s and the program guide. “Ah, memories, we shall cherish them.”Beldar Conehead

CJBz, I think you are a man who would agree that we should not assume what Greg is doing; we can’t assume who is gay, who is not and whatever else; and talk about our assumptions as facts.when I saw the strips showing Ann as a manager, and way she treated Bern, I emailed Greg, and asked him if the subtle hints of her being “interested on Bern” was the case or not, I never started putting that as a fact on the comments section; than Greg confirmed it on his blog; I know lot of dancers, painters, Theater actors and chefs ARE NOT gay, if we started stereotyping everyone, than we would be forced to say Joshua(actor in a musical), Gunther(sewing), Quill(singer, musical dancing) and TJ (loves cooking) are gay. And doing that would be very stupid.

Seriously, dude, don’t feed. We’ve seen this dance before in all it’s boring predictability. Starve him out and let all his victimized plaints just lie there untouched. if you don’t respond, he’s got nowhere to go.

Professor Chaos, this is a web site about the much loved comic LuAnn, where fans come to read the days strip and share in the fun of it. You on the other hand are using this forum to bait others and create conflict. You wanted a reaction from this gathering of LuAnn fans concerning your thoughts around Ann’s possible homosexuality and I supplied you with one. Was it not the response you desired?

In response to your question “What are you afraid of?”, all I can say is, I have fears, but you are the least of them. This forum is not the appropriate place for sharing them, this is a place to revel in our shared enjoyment of LuAnn.

    And scene.

@Dave53 even when I agree Bern is too young(and for some, she is also too young for Zane); there is a whole difference between 16 and someone who is about 12, so is not a severe case of pedophilia(but still can be considered pedophilia in some states like California, as some states the “age of consent” is 16); and my main point was about some people who try to put as fact that certain male characters are gay

No, what’s pathetic is everyone trying to convince a known troll he’s “wrong”. This has been going on forseveral years now, which is why regular posters really ought to know better. He KNOWS he is, which is why he floats all these preposterous theories in the first place – you try to convince him how off-base he is, the exchange gets heated, he takes umbrage and makes himself a victim while demanding everyone justify their calling him wrong, a homophobe, a bigot, what have you – because if they don’t, they must be “afraid” of the truth, or him. Blad de blah de blah.

Please, get a clue and DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS. Ignoring him is the best revenge.
