Ann: "Jill's sick. Can you work overtimes?" TJ: "Pay's double, right?" Ann: "No! It's time and a half!" TJ: "Pay's double, right? More of a confirmation than a question, there, Ann" Ann: "You are THIS FAR from being fired, TJ" TJ: "Yeah? Who'd lose then?" TJ: "Hi! Hey, you need a double wowie, am I right?" Customer: "Uh- sure!" Ann: "Fine. Double"
Zac, there are a bunch of new clowns here who have leaked out of the woodwork. They appear to live for the sole purpose of seeing their words appear on this bulletain board. But I wouldn’t take very seriously anyone who is sexually excited by a character in a comic strip.
My experience is that the most intelligent posters here don’t show up until normal daylight hours, but unfortunately, their posts are generally buried by the weirdos who like to stay up past midnight so they can be “FIRST!” on the LuAnn comic strip board. It is sad that GoComics decided to put the first comments on top rather than the latest ones, or the “most recommended” ones, but the result is that it really isn’t worth while to try to write an intelligent comment about the comic strip. Frankly I don’t know why I am wasting my time on it right now.
