That’s a good point Debbie!! My most humiliating hobby, unfortunately of which I haven’t had much time for over the past few years, was coloring. Like, crayon coloring in a coloring book. Yep, I’m a nerd, but it’s really relaxing!! I’d probably like any kind of that handwork. Painting was too nerve-wracking though, as I’m a perfectionist. I wish Pett had gone more into families of the characters. I thought Claire had a younger brother? And Elvin, we are left to assume, lives alone :(

Well… briatollah is being very rude. Chelsea, I’m with you. When my children were toddlers, coloring with them was one of MY favorite things to do. I like “goofy” coloring – using inappropriate colors, etc. I still enjoy drawing with them as they are outgrowing coloring (but not me).

i once saw this rough looking guy, in leather jacket etc, sitting on the train knitting.

Secret for the guys: I have never seen my husband get more positive feminine attention than when he goes into the yarn store to buy supplies. Women who knit LOVE men who knit too.
