Anton: Why not choose a timeless issue for your argumentative paper... like the Confederate flag controversy? Marcus: Controversy? That flag is an archaic relic. It celebrates a heritage of hatred and oppression. Waving that flag is like saying "hi, I hate black people". Where's the controversy? I might as well write a paper about the earth being round.
