Guys, I’m glad you went with the current look; they look like real kids. With the exception of the Rugrats ‘All Growed Up’ version, the rest are simply too cute. With the current look, I can focus on the situation and dialog, and not on the just too cute kiddies. Sorry, John.
I did enjoy the Nickelodeon cartoons (all three versions,) though. Tommy and Chuckie were the best characters. The fantasy episodes were the greatest. Sue and Angelica have a lot in common.
You can see that Maria’s little forelock was there from the get-go, and I stuck with it. That’s the secret signal that she’s the niece of Carolina in Working Daze.

Scott, this is great. It really shows us their development into what they’ve become as we know them. Thank you.

I love “Behind the Scenes” stuff like this, and I love the minimalism of Maria’s Day. Keep up the great work!

I can relate to Maria, even had an antagonist a la Sue! Great work, keep it up

You get plenty of emotion out of your minimalist people, or put plenty of emotion into them, whichever is correct.

Thank you for showing and explaining the development process of a cartoon strip. I found it very interesting.
