HEY TAXPAYERS! Worry not about the economy. The foundation is based on a sound principle: constantly transferring your wealth to the already rich. In the GOOD TIMES the rich must be showered with tax cuts to keep the economy growing. Man: I'll make sure some of this trickles down to the working man...right after I finish rolling around naked in it! In the BAD TIMES the rich must be showered with bailouts to keep the economy growing. Man: If I can't keep bathing in money we'll NEVER get out of this slump...the one that I caused. Supply side economics: you supply the cash, they supply the justifications. Man: Investors are worried that this small air pocket will not fill up with cash. Get me some HELP!
