@ C.A. Brobst - you really think the kids wouldn’t immediately zone in on the fact that Annie is wearing a wig and give her just as much of a hard time for it?!?!
I think Lila’s handled this really well as a parent. Instead of the ice cream (or maybe with a cone instead of two pints) she could always take Annie to the horse track where she is loved for who she really is…
