in Sundays strip Lila was saying being a mother made her realize what a loser she was. Maybe this strip and the arc will show us a maturing Lila, one who actually tries to do her job and learns from Boyd what she doesnt already know and boosts her ratings with Drew and the company so she doesnt get fired because with her skills as they are she would be adrift in the current employment market. I for one, hope so as I really love the girl. Heck, I was her in the 70’s..One Note: I was away for several days in the hospital. When I got home yesterday and got caught up, I was appalled by the negative comments regarding our girl. Mostly by men. If she is so bad and you feel such hatred, why read the strip? At least keep the hostility out of your comments. I wish we would all remember what was instilled during childhood."If you cant say something nice (or that is productive), say nothing at all. The artists work hard on this and they have given us a human much like ourselves, flawed but still trying. Dont give up on Lila, there is so much more ahead for her.
