I saw a small man (with really big shoulders) dressed as Gogo Yubari, the Japanese schoolgirl assassin from Kill Bill, and there was no question that he was still a man. Appalling, but authentic.
The guy in today’s comic commented on Lila’s body. The previous guy (before the Halloween sequence) only commented on her sweater. Even the "Yowza"could be interpreted merely as “wow.” What the guy in today’s strip said is on an entirely different level.
Unless someone makes a complaint about what was said to them, no report would be made. You might take offense at what was said but if it isn’t being directed to you, you can’t say much.

Lila (and Ted) need to learn that in the workplace, certain things are best left unsaid….

Hysterical, Finbar…but I think they call it a “counter.”

I’ll say it again, it isn’t harassment unless the person or persons are offended by the remark. What Lila allows is her business.
