two years ago my doc told me the world needed less of me, so I lost 30. Exercise isn’t the key. What takes off the weight is controlling what you eat. I stopped eating 4 meals a day plus snacks. I read labels to control sugar and fat and ate more natural foods and less processed food stuff. For snacks, peanuts and bananas. For crunchy, carrots and onions. The weight came off like a landslide. Exercise is about strength, agility, and metabolism. So, the formula that worked for me was easy: eat less, move more.
