An old favorite fantasy terror mated with another contemporary distraction, i.e., something imaginary and non-threatening with new scooter regulations and a new category of ‘accidental injury’ law suits.

Nothing to be worried about, it’s all environmentally friendly. No noxious emission, no streets full of cars.
