Yep. After a certain age, something new is added to the collection each year. Eventually you realize you’re being repaid for every thing you thought you got away with earlier on.

It only hurts when you get up.

Pain is part of my identity now at 58
I would worry more if it was one consistent place
It bothers me enough that there are a number of places that take turns
Today counts as a good day, stiff in a number of places but no single serious pain
